Description of Collaborative Activity: |
Consultant to Research Subcommittee for needs of children in disasters, surge capacity, and some consultative efforts on specific problems/conditions/diseases in disaster preparedness. The Office of Coordination of emergency research was officially formed as a result of this subcommittee. The committee didn't have regular meetings in FY2012, but the members still interacted during the year. Staff from NICHD are frequently asked to interact with the newly formed office. |
