Recognizing that all governments need evidence to inform efficacious, effective, and sustainable policies, strategies, and programs to support appropriate action on behalf of children living outside family care, the overarching goal of this Evidence Summit is to provide expert review of the evidence on effective systems to identify, assess, assist, and monitor such children in lower- and middle-income countries. |
