Systems Dynamics Modeling: Prevention and Management of Heart Disease and Stroke in Two Communities

Description of Collaborative Activity:

Working meeting to help develop a system dynamics model of upstream factors contributing to first time cardiovascular events. A second purpose of the model was to use it to evaluate policy interventions in a local community in terms of cost, CVD first time event incidence/mortality, and risk factor prevalence.
