This initiative results from the US-Colombia Journal of Clinical Microbiology (JCM) Health Section readout as an area of great interest for the Ministry of Health, Colombia. Stemming from these conversations, the NIH‘s NCI in conjunction with the FIC has been gauging interest across the NIH to hold a series of trans-NIH grantsmanship workshops in Latin America, with a pilot to be held in Colombia. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Colombia has responded via a letter affirming their participation and support. |
