The Food Safety and Nutrition Working Group (FSNWG) aims to highlight and promote awareness of an integrated approach to nutrition and food science in academia, and among nutritionists and food scientists; facilitate the alignment of research priorities to address food safety, food quality, and nutrition in single studies; and identify future research areas that can mesh food safety, food quality, and nutrition together. |
