The HHS Viral Hepatitis Interagency Working Group was created by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health to address a recent report sponsored by the Institute of Medicine entitled Hepatitis and Liver Cancer: A National Strategy for Prevention and Control of Hepatitis B and C. The group meets to discuss collaborations and activities directed at achieving the goals for viral hepatitis research and control highlighted in the IOM report. |
