The Action Plan to Reduce Asthma Disparities promotes collaboration and coordination among federal agencies to leverage existing resources to address the multi-leveled causes of asthma disparities. The Action Plan outlines four key strategies to improve the quality of care for children who have asthma and promote community programs and resources to support clinicians, children, and their families in following best practices for asthma management. |
