Treatment Options for type 2 Diabetes in Adolescents and Youth (TODAY) is a multi-center clinical research study examining the safety and efficacy of three treatment options for type 2 diabetes in the pediatric population. TODAY was initiated due to the increase in type 2 diabetes in children and adolescents, which itself is linked to the rise in obesity. |
