The NLM provides an online repository of value sets (code sets from standardized medical vocabularies) that are used for clinical quality measurement in the CMS Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program (meaningful use). Under this initiative, NLM will provide the ability to author new value sets and edit existing value sets, as well as assist in maintaining the currency of existing value sets. |
