Federal Working Group on Dietary Supplements

Description of Collaborative Activity:

The Federal Working Group on Dietary Supplements is comprised of individuals from federal agencies that share information and discuss issues, initiatives, and research related to dietary supplements. The Working Group meets twice a year and serves as means of communication between the Office of Dietary Supplements (ODS) and its federal partners, reviewing and discussing Guidelines for Dietary Supplements (botanics, probiotics/prebiotics, vitamins) reference standards, collaborative initiatives, state of the science topics, conferences, and workshops.
