Description of Collaborative Activity:

The purpose of the collaborative activity is to support the development by the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) of measures that can be used to assess progress toward achieving Healthy People 2020 Heart Disease, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol Objectives. The NIH, CDC, and the National Center for Health Statistics collaborate on this activity.
