Authorized by section 2353 of the Public Health Service Act, this annual collaborative planning process establishes scientific priorities for all NIH AIDS research. Broad input is solicited from scientists from NIH, other government agencies, and non-governmental organizations, as well as community representatives and other experts from the United States and abroad. |
