Title of Collaborative Activity:

Administration for Community Living (ACL) - NIA Partnership

Description of Collaborative Activity:

This group is made up of representatives from the Administration for Community Living/Administration on Aging and the National Institute on Aging who are working to identify evidence-based interventions that are ready for dissemination and implementation in community programs and collaboratively support their translation into the community. These efforts may also include setting up ways to evaluate the success of these dissemination and implementation efforts. Areas of interest identified to date include Family Caregiving, Exercise/Physical Activity, Nutrition, Elder Mistreatment/Abuse/Financial Fraud, Falls, Driving, Sleep, Medication Management, Depression/Mental Health, Living with Long-Term Disability, Stroke, and Alzheimer’s Disease.
