The purpose of this document is to amend the original agreement. This agreement is for the NIH to contribute funding to the HRSA to fund, oversee, and manage a cooperative agreement on a topic of mutual interest to the agencies. The funds will be used to support a pediatric practice-based applied research network that will engage in coordinated multi-centered research activities, focusing on translating research to practice, and cultivate new researchers from among the practice-based constituency of the research network. |
