STAR METRICS (Science and Technology for America’s Reinvestment Measuring the Effects of Research on Innovation, Competitiveness and Science) is a trans-federal agency consortium that has designed, created, and maintains the Federal RePORTER database. Federal RePORTER is a searchable database of scientific awards from federal agencies and to make this data available to the public. With participation from HHS and non-HHS agencies, this database will allow for portfolio analysis and metrics development across the spectrum of science domains. |
