AHRQ Patient Safety Network (PSNet) is a national web-based resource featuring the latest news and essential resources on patient safety.
The AHRQ Patient Safety Workgroup is an expert public-private panel that provides guidance to AHRQ concerning implementation of legislation related to patient safety reporting and monitoring, including the “AHRQ Patient Safety Common Formats” for reporting patient safety events. NLM serves on this workgroup. |
