Description of Collaborative Activity: |
This workshop was held September 6-7, 2016, and brought together experts across multiple scientific disciplines to assess the current research into a role for gene-environment interactions in the etiology of orofacial clefting. At the conclusion of the workshop several strategies were put forward to speed the pace of discovery and reduce barriers to advancement in this field. |
