The Consensus-Based Entity (CBE) Committee is an HHS-wide entity, chaired by ASPE, to provide oversight and input into the execution of ASPE’s legislation-mandated contract with the National Quality Forum (the Consensus-Based Entity) for establishing quality and performance measures. NLM participates as an invited member. |
