Description of Collaborative Activity: |
To provide surveillance support for the public health implementation of the new National Action Plan for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). NHLBI will provide funds in FY2017 and FY2018 to CDC/NCCDPHP/DPH for implementation of the Respiratory Health Module in the CDC Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) 2017. |
