Federal leadership for the National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities (NPA) is provided by the Federal Interagency Health Equity Team (FIHET). The FIHET was established to foster communications and activities of the NPA within federal agencies and their partners; and to increase the efficiencies and effectiveness of related policies and programs at the national, state, tribal, and local levels. |
