The Office of Science and Technology Policy(OSTP) chartered this committee to create a new era of policy, resources, and infrastructure that support U.S. institutions in the effort to discover, manufacture, and deploy advanced materials twice as fast, at a fraction of the cost. Led by the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Department of Defense (DoD) as co-leads it also includes the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Department of Energy (DoE). |
