This intra-agency workgroup allows for the exchange of information and cooperation among the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies on issues related to border health. The purpose of this group is to convene HHS components that have a vested interest in US-Mexico border health issues to provide a platform for discussion, coordinate efforts, and potentially identify mutual areas of collaboration to improve the health and quality of life for border residents. |
