Description of Collaborative Activity: |
The Cytokine Interest Group brings together the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) scientists from many different areas working with cytokines as mediators of immune processes. It provides a platform for establishing networks for the exchange of ideas and reagents. Its activities comprise multiple minisymposia throughout the year and an award for the best paper in cytokine research for postodoctoral fellows working at the NIH or FDA. |
