U.S.-Zambia Health Research Coordination Meeting |
Description of Collaborative Activity: |
The objectives of the US-Zambia Coordination Meeting include: 1) to provide an opportunity for investigators to share in scientific discussions regarding ongoing collaborative research and research training activities in Zambia, and possibly to generate additional cross-project collaborations and more joint efforts to strengthen capacity building programs in Zambia 2) to learn directly about current Zambian government research related policies and procedures from relevant officials; 3) to discuss shared challenges and respective solutions that will advance Zambian health research objectives; and 4) to explore new and current research training opportunities involving US and Zambian scientists |
