Description of Collaborative Activity: |
The Federal Hypertension Control Leadership Council convenes to inspire, connect, coordinate and accelerate action to achieve and improve hypertension control. We will use our individual levers in a collective effort to achieve and improve national hypertension control. In doing so, we will save lives and dollars, eliminate disparities, and improve our nation’s health and resiliency. |
