Task Force on Environmental Health Risks and Safety Risks to Children: Coordinated Federal Action Plan to Reduce Racial and Ethnic Asthma Disparities

Description of Collaborative Activity:

The Action Plan to Reduce Asthma Disparities is an effort to promote collaboration and coordination among federal agencies to leverage existing resources and program capabilities, and emphasize activities with the greatest potential to combat the multi-leveled causes of asthma disparities. The Action Plan outlines four key strategies to improve the quality of care for children who have asthma and promote community programs and resources to support clinicians, children, and their families in following best practices for asthma management.
