OHRP and NIH staff will discuss the responsibilities regarding human subjects protection in NIH funded research. This session will cover the fundamentals of the Common Rule including Federalwide Assurance, IRB review, and informed consent. OHRP faculty will discuss the impact of the revised Common Rule. NIH faculty will discuss NIH policies and procedures relevant to implementation of the revised Common Rule. |
