The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Health Security Threats Bioconvergence Strategic Objective is focused on gaining insight about areas of opportunity and areas of risk for biodefense arising from the convergence of the most recent advances in biosciences with leading edge discoveries in other areas of physical, computational, and life sciences research. The co-leads of the group are Cindy Bruckner-Lea and Ashley Predith at the Department of Energy.; |
