The Congenital Heart Public Health Consortium (CHPHC) is a group of organizations uniting resources and efforts in public health activities. The CHPHC mission is to prevent the occurrence of congenital heart disease (CHD) and to enhance and prolong the lives of those with CHD through surveillance, population-based research, education, health promotion, advocacy, and policy development. |
