The Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study (ABCD Study) (ABCD)

Description of Collaborative Activity:

The ABCD (Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development) Study is the largest longitudinal research study of brain development and child health in the United States. Investigators at a consortium of 21 data collection sites across the United States will measure brain maturation in the context of social, emotional, and cognitve development, as well as a variety of health and environmental outcomes. The study aims to collect data on the behavior and brain development of over 11,500 children beginning at age 9-10 and continuing through young adulthood.
