Title of Collaborative Activity:

4th National Conference on Advancing Early Psychosis Care in the United States: Harnessing Resiliency in a Changing World

Description of Collaborative Activity:

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through its National Training and Technical Assistance Center sponsored a meeting entitled, "Advancing Early Psychosis Care in the United States: Harnessing Resiliency in a Changing World," on March 10-11, 2022. With the rapid expansion of evidence-based early psychosis care in the United States, largely the result of the successful NIMH-funded Recovery After an Initial Schizophrenia Episode (RAISE) initiative, additional clinician training on early psychosis is needed. Thousands of clinicians and other professionals working in the early psychosis care field attended the virtual event. NIMH staff served on the planning committee and as presenters.
