The National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety, part of CDC, organized a SGM work group in 2021 to advance inclusion of SGM populations in data collection and work related to occupational health and safety. There are not good demographic data available about experiences and differences in LGBTQI+ folks experienced at work or ways to look for systematic barriers or disparities for these populations in workforce settings. |
